1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by YOSHIMI KUMAI Hair (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens on 19 October 2026 when the giveaway post is published and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Monday, 2 November 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who either:

• reside in Tasmania; or

• are able to travel to Tasmania to redeem the prize for eligible hairdressing services with YOSHIMI KUMAI.

The winner must be able to attend an appointment in Tasmania. Any travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the prize.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must comment on the original giveaway post on the official YOSHIMI KUMAI Instagram account, responding to the question in the post.

One entry per person applies. Multiple comments from the same person will not increase their chances of winning.

Entries must comply with these terms and Instagram's applicable rules. Entries that are fraudulent, misleading or otherwise in breach of these terms may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a YOSHIMI KUMAI gift card valued at AUD $200.

The gift card is redeemable towards eligible hairdressing services offered by YOSHIMI KUMAI in Tasmania.

The prize:

• is not redeemable for cash;

• is not exchangeable for another prize;

• cannot be transferred or resold without the Promoter's agreement; and

• must be redeemed in accordance with the gift card's stated conditions and applicable Australian law.

If the cost of the selected service exceeds the remaining gift card value, the winner is responsible for paying the difference. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the gift card conditions and applicable law.

The winner must arrange an appointment directly with the Promoter. Appointments are subject to availability.

6. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday, 3 November 2026.

The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official YOSHIMI KUMAI Instagram account within 48 hours of the draw.

The winner must respond within seven days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw and select an alternative eligible winner.

The Promoter will not ask the winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.

7. Prize delivery

The Promoter will arrange delivery of the gift card directly with the winner. Any delivery arrangements and associated costs will be confirmed with the winner.

8. Privacy

Personal information supplied by participants will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility where reasonably necessary, and contact the winner.

Personal information will not be sold. Any further collection, use or disclosure of personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Instagram disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants release Instagram from all responsibility relating to this promotion.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter, not Instagram.

11. General conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or applicable law.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control require a change to or cancellation of the promotion, the Promoter may take appropriate action only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
